Refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Shifa, also known as Shifa Goodness, a brand of Bellway Industries, administers returns and issues refunds. This policy is applicable to you, hereinafter referred to as "you" or "your", when you engage with our services. This includes making purchases on shifagoodness.com or through any other interactions with us. References to "we", "us", and "our" in this document pertain to Shifa Goodness.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for various reasons, including but not limited to limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or concerns identified by our credit and fraud prevention department. We may also request additional verifications or information before processing an order. You will be contacted if your order is partially or fully cancelled, or if additional information is required to process your order.

Orders paid by cash will be cancelled if payment is not received within 48 hours of placing the order. Similarly, orders paid by cheque will be cancelled if the cheque is not deposited or if we are not notified of the deposit within the same timeframe.

Should you decide to cancel your order before dispatch, a full refund will be issued. If cancellation occurs after dispatch, please contact Customer Support for assistance if the product has not yet been delivered. In cases where the product has been received, replacements are available only for defective items.

To replace a defective item, contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery either via our Contact Us form, by calling +91 8320 796 914, or by emailing hello@shifagoodness. The defective item or part will be recalled, and a replacement dispatched immediately.

Our policy permits returns under the following conditions:

  1. Item was defective.
  2. Item was damaged in transit.
  3. Products were missing.
  4. Wrong item was received.

A return may lead to a refund in some cases. Customers are encouraged to review listings thoroughly before purchasing. If a customer orders an incorrect item, we are not obliged to accept a return or issue a refund.

The following rules apply to returns:

  1. Damage or missing product claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, with visual proof provided within 3 days.
  2. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  3. Upon seller approval of a return, the product must be returned before any refund is processed.
  4. Refunds are subject to a quality check by our experts.

Refunds are typically processed within 10 working days, with additional time for cheque or DD payments.
